We've been doing well since my last post. Sorry that it has been sooooo long!! Little Sophia is really not so little these days!! The woman that leads itty-bitty time at the library took one look at her and commented that she's almost as big as Alicia!! Sophia turned 4 months today and was celebrating by learning to roll over front to back and is quite proud of herself. She is the sweetest little baby I've ever seen and loves to laugh and coo and watch people with her big blue eyes. Her hair isn't growing or changing color as fast as Alicia's did, so she might keep her brown hair. Alicia has been sleeping in her twin size bed for a while now, and doing great!! We went through a couple weeks of nightmares and "scawy shadows" but that all subsided with the introduction of a special new light that she can hold in her bed, and shadow puppets! We are starting to pick up the potty training again...and today she even pooped on the big potty all by herself! Alex has been really busy with work ever since we had Sophia...what a coincidence!! But being busy is a good thing in sales, right?! We've made a lot more home improvements including more front and back landscaping and painting our master suite, I've also been trying to add more pictures and things on the walls to make it feel more homey...and slowly it really is all coming together. This month we celebrate one year in our house as well, it has come together faster than expected. We thought that it would be two or three years before we could really play in the backyard, but we are out there playing in it every day.
Alicia loves to help Alex clean the car...inside and out!

Manny and Katsumoto have come to a mutual understanding...it's like a 3-foot rule.

the two sweetest girls I know, playing together on the floor.

You really have to see the hair in person to understand...it isn't from the wind!

Alicia loves her new umbrella from her great-grandpa and great grandma

A day at the beach

Alicia on her favorite seat...

who knew that our dog would double as a pony!! We're lucky he's so big, a smaller dog wouldn't have survived!!

Alicia's licking the cookie spatula and Sophia is just hanging out where the action is!

Alicia taught Sophia all about the exersaucer...this was Sophia's first attempt.

That's it for now, I hope you enjoyed the pictures and still check our blog once in a while!!
